Sopranos
There are around 20 of us in the Sopranos split fairly evenly between firsts and seconds. Some of us struggle to hit that top B but we don’t have too many of them!

Altos
The largest section (and clearly the best!) in the choir with around 29 of us. This has given us the ability to take on parts where we split and choose pieces with 5 parts where we provide the extra section. Our recent commission from Noah Mosley ‘Songs from Gertrude Jekyll’ was a good example of this.

Tenors
With a regular turn out of around 10 of us we are very fortunate as the Tenor section always seems to be the smallest in most choirs!

Whilst 2020 has seen me attend less I have really missed Choir and I know from others that rehearsing via Zoom is working very well and it will be great to get back to this on these dark winter nights!

2020 was a challenge but the Zoom rehearsals last year have been excellent and it is amazing how much we have been able to achieve.
